Swoffers is delighted to welcome experienced negotiator Olivia Phillips to the local market sales team.
Olivia will be helping out over the busy summer period.

Olivia was born in Guernsey and has spent the last ten years working in the UK, first for an agency in Exeter followed by two years as part of leading estate agent Chestertons’ team in Fulham.
‘I love a fast-paced environment and being out and about all day, so estate agency is the best job for me,’ said Olivia.
‘It’s great to be back in Guernsey and I’m enjoying being part of such a busy property market right now.’
