Swoffers is proud to be a 100% local company but we have also been working hard to promote our unique brand beyond island shores.
We are always looking to be innovative in our approach to connecting with buyers and sellers of property in Guernsey, the UK and internationally.
As part of this approach we are joining delegates from Guernsey Finance and other local finance and legal businesses for a series of marketing visits to Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai.
Managing director, Craig Whitman is attending the STEP Asia Conference in Singapore this week followed by a series of meetings, presentations and seminars in Hong Kong and then STEP Arabia in Dubai helping to spread the word about Guernsey and what makes the island an ideal place to relocate to.
‘I’m really excited to be taking the Swoffers brand to a whole new market in the Middle East and Asia,’ said Craig.
‘Guernsey has a huge amount to offer and by joining forces with Guernsey Finance, Locate Guernsey and other businesses we have a great opportunity to share our knowledge and expertise with those who might be considering relocating or who have clients looking to make the move.
‘This is a big investment for Swoffers but as the market leaders looking after newcomers to the island, we feel the time is right for us to promote our services to a wider audience and make them aware of what Guernsey has to offer. Swoffers was responsible for over 60% of all Open Market sales last year so it will be a pleasure to talk to a new audience about what makes the island lifestyle so special and give them an overview of some of the properties we have available to buy or rent.’
