An encouraging start to 2016 – before it even arrived!
Although the days in between Christmas and the New Year are traditionally a quiet time for Estate Agents – some even choose to close across the whole of the holidays – we have always been keen to keep things moving.
This time however, it has been quite remarkable. With a total of 45 viewings, 10 offers (Local, Open and rentals), 5 Local Market sales agreed with more pending and 5 Local and Open Market rentals deals agreed, this festive period has been our busiest ever.
While it hasn’t been the most relaxing few days, it has certainly been productive and a very promising start to 2016 for the property market as a whole.
