It’s been only a year since we launched our Swoffers First initiative and we’re delighted that in such a short time, it’s proved to be a great success.
The idea was simple enough. To show people in a clear and concise way what type of properties they could afford and then to take it that one step further to help them with the mortgage process as well.
Like most simple ideas, it worked and not only has it been rewarding for us to have helped 48 first-time buyers buy their first homes, but it’s great that Swoffers First helped kick start sales further up the ladder too!
