Guernsey’s largest team of property experts, Swoffers, has launched a brand new mortgage broking service in association with SPF Private Clients.
This makes Swoffers the first and only estate agent in Guernsey to now offer both property and mortgage broking in one place, giving buyers a fuller range of services and seamless service provision.

Swoffers Mortgages has been rolled out in association with Guernsey’s longest running mortgage broker, SPF, and will have access to the largest number of mortgage rates available, as well as products not found on the High Street.
