Our Team

Our dedicated Property Management Department, as pictured above with Managing Director Matthew Henry is an active and successful part of the Swoffers Team. Led by Director Jonathan Harris with Joanne Leck of Rentals Management, it has secretarial backing from Cathy Moore and Sue Ogier with book-keeping control in the capable hands of Jane Falla. In addition, Sue Nicolle deals exclusively with the majority of viewings with new prospective tenants with the help of secretary, Jenny Mann. All seven deal with lettings and management and have a wide range of skills and experience in this area.

Our Services

We provide a full and comprehensive service from initial advice on the condition of the property and whether improvements would be economically advisable, through to final inspections of the condition at the termination of the lease. In between there are a whole host of services, which can be restricted to either letting only or management only if you prefer, but all of which are designed to make a landlord's property investment as easy as possible. We cannot make it quite as trouble free as a bank account, but we try to minimise the problems for you as much as possible while maximising both the rental return and the capital growth.
