Alexandra Haining joins Swoffers to develop Open Market and support Locate Guernsey
We are very happy to welcome Alexandra Haining who has joined the team in a new Open Market Business Development role.
A property specialist, Alexandra has a wealth of experience after working in finance and specialising in the development of high-end residential properties in London. Alexandra recently returned to the island and has been involved in a number of developments, including the building of her own home. Based in Guernsey, the new role is specifically aimed at targeting high-net worth individuals and intermediaries in the UK and especially London, encouraging them to relocate to Guernsey or invest in the island’s residential property sector.
Alex said, ‘I am absolutely delighted to be working with Swoffers on this new initiative. After several years living in London and around the world in countries such as Singapore, Germany and America, the appeal of coming back to Guernsey was very clear. From this perspective, I aim to showcase why Guernsey is a fantastic place to relocate to both for career and lifestyle. I hope to be working very closely with the Locate Guernsey team as business development for the island goes hand in hand with the need to promote all that the open market has to offer.’
